Visit any park in Sydney, and you’ll see classes of sweaty, panting, lycra-clad fitness junkies.
Outdoor group excerise classes are a booming industry in Australia, but some people aren’t happy about public land being used by these commercial businesses.
In response to the complaints, the City of Sydney Council set up a voluntary code of conduct to regulate outdoor fitness trainers.
But one councillor says the code of conduct doesn’t go far enough.
